Prices for home visits including a meal start from 52 euros. Please e-mail us and we will make a quotation for you. 

Available in Helsinki Metropolitan area. Can also be arranged in other areas according to circumstances. Most hosts speak English. We do also have hosts who speak other languages such as: French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. Please ask. 

Programmes:

Cosy Finnish Evening at 18-21 

During this about three hour evening program you will visit a Finnish home and enjoy a Cosy Home Dinner with the host or the family. The main purpose is to allow you absorb something of the Finnish way of living. Cosy Home Dinner includes a salad or an appetizer, a main course and a dessert/coffee or tea, all according to the host’s favourite recipes.  

Cosy Like-a-Local Evening at 18-21 

Cosy Finland is arranging you an invitation to a Finnish home. By using public transportation you will reach the address which is given to you together with the instructions. You are not necessarily using the shortest route but the most interesting from the tourist’s point of view.   At 18 o’clock you will share a regular everyday meal with your host/s. During the three hour visit you will have a chance to absorb something of the Finnish way of living and share experiences.

 Let’s party – Cosy Bring Your Own Wine at 18-21 

Visit a Finnish home and bring your favourite bottle of wine! Red or white, it’s up to you.  We organize a host/s for you. The host will introduce her/his choice of wine as well. You will enjoy a Finnish three course meal which is prepared by your host/s.  While you are enjoying the dinner and wine you will have an excellent opportunity to learn about the everyday life in Finland and the exotic Finnish culture.

Cosy Ladies’ Evening at 18-21 

Three hours especially for Ladies: eating and chatting! During the evening you will get to know things about the life in Finland. You will visit a lady’s home and have a Cosy Home Dinner with her. If there is room around the table, she may also invite her friend/s along.  The main purpose is to enjoy girls’ talk and share experiences. Cosy Home Dinner includes a salad or an appetizer, a main course and a dessert/coffee or tea, all according to the favourite recipes of the hostess.

Cosy Sunday Lunch Visit at 13-16

You will visit a Finnish home for a Sunday lunch. On Sundays the Finns like to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. Sunday is the special day of the week. Your host/s will prepare you a Cosy meal and while enjoying the food you have an opportunity to learn about the everyday life in Finland and about the Finnish culture.

Home Stays at 12-21 for Individual Travellers 

Would you like to spend more time in a Finnish home than just a couple of hours? We have several possibilities to offer. You can choose a daytime visit 12-21 o’clock or even an overnight stay. Let us know your wishes and we will send you a quotation.
