Cosy Finland’s goal is to provide you with the services that meet your full satisfaction. We are participating in "Quality 1000", the national programme of quality control for the tourism industry. Cosy Finland has Quality 1000 Diploma since 2006. 

The far-most-visitors have come as far as from Australia, China, India Japan and USA. Our anonymous feedback channel in Quality1000 shows that many nice cross-cultural events have been experienced. Please have a look at our customer feedback.


Environmental directions for Cosy Finland
 
Cosy Finland’s corporate responsibility policy commits us to doing as much as we can to protect financial, social and environmental resources. We constantly strive to improve our environmental performance. 
  
On step forward in corporate responsibility are the environmental directions for Cosy Finland created by Katri Lindström. Directions are divided in two different parts; directions for the office of Cosy Finland and directions for the hosts taking care of the tourists. The purpose is to be a practical and active guideline in company’s everyday business. With the environmental directions for Cosy Finland the objective is to give answers how everybody can support the society’s change to ecologically more sustainable and reduce one’s own environmental load. 
 
Cosy Finland has always met the challenges in corporate responsibility. Using the tools such as Quality Network and the follow-up system of QUALITY 1000 the company has up-to-date comparison data on customer satisfaction, host satisfaction and key figures relating to the industry. Cosy Finland has also participated the Company-specific quality training.
